Time is never on our side, and the changes in the situation and environment are even accelerating. One thing is certain: the challenges of 2025 will be more intense than those of 2024.
We must first clarify our understanding of the greatest value to the company; people and culture are the capital that the company has accumulated over decades. Without a deep understanding of the company’s resources, it is impossible to talk about making the most of them-those who wish to do a good job must first sharpen their tools.

1.Fully develop the domestic market.
Essential conditions for developing the domestic market — SPEED TO MARKET.From design and development to commercialization and production,the calculation unit should be”days”.Quality and price no longer need to be emphasized, as they are already basic conditions in the industry — VALUE FOR MONEY. Moreover, the delivery period is the ultimate key to profitability.A multi-brand development strategy is a strategic positioning that not only provides consumers with more choices but also has a greater influence on shopping malls and partners.With the rapid progress of technology, the internet, and transportation, Chinese consumers are the most receptive to new things and creative design products. Our focus strategy needs to rapidly respond to the market, which is not only about the delivery period but also requires the continuous development of fun and innovatively designed new products.
2.Consolidation the international markets.
In addition to the demand for speed to market from our in-house brands and agency brands, quality and delivery time are basic conditions. The real biggest challenge is “price,” which is what export customers pay the most attention to. To have competitive prices, it is necessary to start from the source, with knowledge and application of materials; product craftsmanship, product standards, efficient technology transfer, and factory selection; the professionalism and coordination of the company’s CMC, SPC, Sample Room, and MIC – the deepening of the work processes and establishment of these units is essential.
3.Manufacturing and sales should be as”localized” as possible.
In other words, brands sold domestically should be manufactured domestically, and brands sold abroad should be manufactured abroad (especially in the United States). The part of overseas contract manufacturing needs to accelerate due to practical challenges, and it is necessary to systematically promote it in Southeast Asia; this is a major challenge. Although we started later, and factories in Southeast Asia are gradually maturing, can we catch up later?The effective use of our resources and the maintenance of customer relationships… all need to be integrated immediately.
4. Market diversification makes consumers more sophisticated.
The internet has shortened the distances between people and between countries, making knowledge and trends more accessible. The market is flooded with products that offer a good balance of quality and price; with technological innovation and market diversity, today’s consumers are more mature than ever before. As consumption habits shift from meeting daily needs to improving the quality of life, to highlight our products, comfort must be placed at the top of the priority list. Our products “must be comfortable.”
That sums up the direction for our company. In an era where technology is rapidly advancing, and market changes are swift – not to progress is to perish.
