There is no question that 2025 has been a challenging and volatile year. We specifically highlighted this early on,and I believe everyone has experienced it directly. The impact of this year will continue into 2026. Since we cannot avoid it,we must face it directly — with clarity and focused action.
The theme for this year is“Straighten the Curve.” In simple terms:simplify what is complex, and execute the basics repeatly. It will bring you the better ways of thinking,working, and executing. Our policies and operating process must be transparent and streamlined. We should adopt technology -driven tools more actively and move away from outdated ways of working and thinking.
Managers and leaders at all levels must be clear focus on market changes, the company’s direction, responsibilities and current operational challenges — and take ownership in preparing for what lies ahead.
